Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before pickup; within 24 hours a 50% charge applies, and no-shows are billed in full. Call us anytime to modify a booking — we'll always try to accommodate.
We still cover it. The published flat rates apply to our ten corridor towns; everywhere else in Greater Boston and New England is quoted per trip. Send us the route through the booking form or call — you'll get a fixed, all-in price in writing before your trip, and it won't move afterwards.
Our sedan seats 3 with 3 bags, the Mercedes GLE 450 seats 4 with 4 bags, and the Escalade and Suburban each seat 6 with 6 bags. Those are safe maximums, not targets — if you're close to the limit, tell us and we'll recommend the right vehicle or send a second car.
Yes, at no extra charge. Please request them when you book so we can fit them before the pickup rather than at the curb — tell us how many and the ages, and we'll bring the right type.
By default we pick up curbside at every Logan terminal — A, B, C and E — and your chauffeur contacts you with the exact spot once you land. If you'd rather be met inside at baggage claim with a name board, ask for a meet-and-greet when booking; it may carry a small fee, which we confirm in advance.
Yes — Manchester-Boston Regional (MHT) and T.F. Green in Providence (PVD), both quoted per trip. We also handle private aviation pickups at the regional FBOs.
We accept cash and all major credit cards, and corporate accounts can be invoiced by arrangement. Tolls are included in every quoted price. Gratuity is not — it's entirely at your discretion. Invoices for completed rides are available in your account.
Yes. Hourly hire suits meetings, roadshows, multi-stop itineraries and nights out — the car and chauffeur stay with you and you set the route as the day goes. Call us with the date and rough itinerary and we'll quote it.
We run 24/7 by reservation, holidays included, and a large share of our airport work is the 4 AM departures nobody else wants. The price doesn't change for early mornings, nights, weekends or holidays — there's no surge on any of it.
